Samantha is passionate about mentoring people to implement simple mindfulness & healthy living practices to promote realization of life goals & enjoyment of a more fulfilling existence.

 

She is an engaging motivational speaker on emotional & physical wellness, facilitating seminars & workshops & providing 1-1 coaching and counselling in the US, the UK and Asia on mindfulness, stress management & healthy living. Samantha also serves as a member of Cigna International's Stress Advisory Panel.

 

Samantha's background as a psychotherapist and pioneer of  international relief projects brings a rich array of experience to her work with clients.

 

After graduating from the University of Southern California & Smith College where she studied & conducted research in the field of Psychology, Samantha worked in community mental health as a psychotherapist and served as an onsite counsellor for a Fortune 100 company. She is certified in aromatherapy and hypnosis and also practices organic gardening, meditation & other healing arts. 

 

Samantha currently consults with organisations  to develop tailor-made stress management initiatives to engage diverse employee groups in wellness & mindfulness practices.
